The Process, how we create our own reality

The Intention Process is being used by Intenders all over the world who are bringing their lifelong dreams into reality. It is one of the simplest, most effective ways for you to put the laws of manifestation to work in your life. You only need to do three things in order to practice the Intention Process:

Say your intentions outloud daily.
Go to an Intenders Circle once a week.
State that, in order for your intentions to manifest, they must serve the Highest and Best Good of the Universe, yourself, and everyone concerned.
The following are some excerpts from The Intenders Handbook that we'd like to share with you.

"The Intention Process" is just about as easy as it can be. All you have to do is say "I intend" and then follow it up with whatever it is that you desire. It could be anything! You could intend to have a new coat for yourself or you could intend for world peace. Since there are no limits on what you can think about, there are no limits on what you can intend.

For me, I get up every morning and I intend that I am joyful and happy. I intend fun and laughter. I intend that I'm in perfect health - rejuvenated, aligned, balanced, and feeling physically great all of the time. I intend that I am always guided, guarded, and protected. These are a few of the general intentions that I start with everyday, and then I look around at my life and see what I am needing. If the old wheelbarrow just broke, I'd intend that a new one come to me. If the computer decided to go on the fritz, I'd intend that it gets fixed. I don't leave anything out because there's no reason to hold back!

I like to make a few intentions each day about my personal traits. Sometimes I intend that I am a more compassionate person; or I intend that I'm more kind or more gentle. And I sometimes, especially when there are a lot of dramas going on all around me, I intend that I see everyone in their highest light and every event from its highest point of view. That way, I'm able to observe all of the sorrow and suffering in the world and still remain uplifted. I intend that I remember that it doesn't do anybody any good to drop down into someone else's challenges and become troubled or sad along with them. It's much better to set an example by staying happy and cheerful.

After intending for things like this for awhile, I take a closer look at the world at large and make a few intentions for it too. For example, I intend that men, women, and children everywhere experience grace. And I intend that peace and harmony blossom all across the land. And I intend that this Earth is living in its highest light, and that, within our environment, the air we breathe is clean and crisp; the water everywhere is crystal clear and delicious; the soil is abundant with lush growth and beautiful fruit is dripping from the trees; the animals are loved; and people all over the world are happy and smiling because they're receiving everything that they need!

And, last but not least, I intend that all of my thoughts, words, and deeds serve the highest and best good of the Universe, myself, and everyone everywhere.

The Intenders would like, at this most pregnant point in history, to remind you of your calling. You are called, now, to give birth to a new way of life for yourself and for all those who walk this world with you. You stand poised at the threshold of great expansion in your perceptions, your possibilities, and your consciousness. Now is not the time to settle for less or to think small. You are here to rise up and out of the prevailing paradigm of beliefs by shining your light and sharing your joy.

With each new day now, you are called to set an example for all those around you, not by commiserating with them, but by being happy regardless of circumstances, by remaining serene in the face of gloom and doom, by expressing your gratitude for opportunities that come your way, by speaking up for the highest good, and by holding, steadfast, to the vision of the way you want it to be. For, as you stand firm and strong in the knowing that your intentions are manifesting as you picture them, a new world will unfold before you and you shall be rewarded beyond measure.

This is our 2009 Holiday Intention for you.

May all who seek comfort enjoy it.
May all who want abundance experience it.
May all who intend peace create it.
May all who give love receive it.
And may all who shine light live in it.

light healing, DNA re-patterning, all the food I am eating on the Grateful diet, & all the new intenders that have joined this group.
I intend:
to continue the wonderful healing process I am in and allow more light into my body, feeling balanced, nurtured and peaceful.
I am more compassionate and understanding of others.
For my highest good and the good of all, so be it and so it is!

I went to my local group this week. I met some of the most amazing people, healers and artists and writers. I laughed and cried and giggled. it was the most fun I have had in awhile! please post you intentions on here so that the community can support you, we are all in this together!

However I do find it more powerful to be in a group in person and connect, we can always set a time to do this over the net. I intend to spread the light and love wherever I am.
